Julie BIRS

Julie started her professional career in a communication adgency.  She was respectively project manager and account director.

Versatile and open-minded, Julie has also always been passionate about the developing countries’ issues. She naturally applied to an NGO « Aide et Action » which works for the development of educational projects all over the world and was Partnership Manager in this NGO for a few years.

Creator of synergies with key accounts and institutions, Julie was their priviledge interlocutor and built, more specifically, the financial partnership for several projects such as developing acces to basic education for children, creating training programmes for adults or dealing with health education issues (Ebola crisis for example in Guinea) (projects built in partnership with team projects, corporate and public institutions)

She took the chance to develop her entrepreneurial spirit when she had the opportunity to live an expatriation in Myanmar where she created the textile brand « », and built the key partrneships for its local marketing.

Upon her return to France, she wanted to get involved in an ambitious project which conveyed positive values. Always attentive to Corporate Social Responsibility stakes and very concerned by environmental issues, Julie joined Climate City to develop partnerships for the future.

Mathilde LORENZI

Mathilde Lorenzi is a graduate of the EDHEC business school in Lille and the IEP political studies institute (Sciences Po) in Paris.
She began her career with the marketing teams at Microsoft Europe before heading up marketing and communications at Actimagine, a French start-up that conceived a video technology subsequently acquired by Nintendo.
She then joined the communications team in the office of Christine Lagarde during her tenure as France’s Minister of the Economy, Industry and Employment.
Mathilde helped to organize the 9th Rencontres Economiques forum in Aix-en Provence, for which she was in charge of relations with conference speakers, development of press relations and communication.
In 2010, she founded and headed with her sister It Mylk, the first frozen yogurt brand in France, and built it up into the leading brand in its category in the space of a few years.
In 2014, Mathilde took over in partnership with Thomas Kerting the Les Respirations air quality forum. This must-attend annual event in Paris has already attracted more than 500 attendees, partners and top-flight speakers.
Mathilde is the author of La Bataille de l’air : Enjeux économiques de la qualité de l’air (The Battle for air: Economic stakes of air quality), a book co-written with Frédéric Gonand and Thomas Kerting, published in January 2015 by Descartes & Cie.

Margery GRIVAZ

Margery is very concerned by climate change issues and ecology, but also passionate about drama and literature. She is also interested in Green Tech, Innovation, Healthcare and Social issues.

As she loves travels and new experiences, she lived in Somerset in England for a part of a teenagehood and she likes to take off anytime she can.

Her curiosity and her taste for culture took her to the “Hypokhâgne” (a famous French literary and classical languages institute). After that she studied performing arts and communication and finished her training at ECS (European Communication School) in Toulouse.

Steming from EuropeanXlab, CLIMATE CITY’s parent company, Margery is the corporate communication and marketing manager for both companies.

  • Co-creator of “Citizen Klimate”, a web serie to raise awareness about climate change issues : scriptwriting and directing actors.
  • Co-creator and Assistant Chief Editor of the Citizen World Journal, a publication made by partners of European XLab which refers to climate subjects.

International Relations, Sales & Marketing Manager


She works for European XLab, the parent company of Climate City.

She has two main missions as the manager of International Relations, Sales & Marketing : Climate City and the offer Explorer Consulting & Lab.

Sportswoman playing Roller Derby at a hight level and living in Toulouse, she became aware of the actual climatic issues pretty early thanks to her environment.
Since her childhood, she travelled all over the world. She bring an interest into international relations. She spend a part of her studies in Montreal.

Among European XLab’s projects, Rose works as a Marketing & International Relations Manager in CLIMATE CITY. In this context, she represented the company during great events as the COP 23, the World Forum for a Responsive Economy or the World Efficiency Solutions during the One Planet Summit organized by E.Macron. She will also be present at the Consumer Electronic Show 2018 in Las Vegas.

She is truely concerned by the green business, the digital business and numeric activities.
