To collect climatic data between 150 and 1500 meters above the cities thanks to captive balloons and drones and to guarantee for the first time a complete and permanent apprehension of the urban climatic phenomena.
Modeling the urban climate in an operational way (thanks to a specific algorithm) in the medium and long term based on these unpublished data and on the existing data for the understanding of the urban climate: the satellite and “ground” data coming from the meteorological and global climate observations.
Existence of climate phenomena specific to cities (floods, heat islands, pollution / urban climate).
(ex : cardiovascular diseases, respiratory problems, …).
(ex : relocation of waste treatment plants due to the emergence of heat islands, reorganization of drainage systems due to the massive increase in rainfall).
(Cities are responsible for 70% of greenhouse gas emissions).
(ex: climate migration, water war ..).
