To collect climatic data between 150 and 1500 meters above the cities thanks to captive balloons and drones and to guarantee for the first time a complete and permanent apprehension of the urban climatic phenomena.

Modeling the urban climate in an operational way (thanks to a specific algorithm) in the medium and long term based on these unpublished data and on the existing data for the understanding of the urban climate: the satellite and “ground” data coming from the meteorological and global climate observations.
